The NCC card is your official Normandale student identification. Always carry it while you’re on campus. ID Card Services can help replace or update your card. Visit the Services Desk in the Kopp Student Center.
Normandale uses your student e-mail as the primary means of communication. All students should check their email often. Remember, you'll need your StarID and password to access your e-mail.

Visit eServices to print and save your course schedule. Make sure your schedule is accurate and you understand how your classes will be taught. As a reminder, eServices is also where you go to:
Once you have a copy of your schedule, order your textbooks online through the Normandale Bookstore website. The Bookstore offers step-by-step instructions on how to place an order. Pay for books with a credit card or add it to your tuition and fees bill through Book Charging.
When you register for classes, you are responsible for the tuition and fees. Discuss your payment arrangement options or sign up for a payment plan with Student Services. You can view your bill and make payments online through eServices.
Discuss last-minute changes with an academic advisor. They can help you drop and add classes, change your schedule and answer course placement questions.
Advising and Counseling appointments are available on weekdays by Zoom and phone. Schedule an appointment online or access help through live chat. You'll need your StarID or Tech ID number.
D2L is a place for students and professors to interact online. Log in to your D2L account and watch the training videos for a reminder on how to submit assignments, complete quizzes and more.
Visit Minnstate.Zoom.Us to access your Normandale Zoom account. If you have any issues with D2L or Zoom, contact Information Technology Services. They are here to support you through your online learning experience.

The Student Resource Center connects students to campus and community resources. Their goal is to help you navigate barriers that interfere with academic success. They can help you with support finding food, housing, transportation, childcare, health care and more.
The Campus Cupboard provides Normandale students with free food and hygiene items. Students can come as often as needed and get non-perishable, refrigerated and frozen food, personal hygiene items and grab-and-go microwavable meals.
The Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) provides accommodations for students. Review your existing accommodation plan or schedule a one-on-one intake appointment to register with the office.
Free tutoring resources and programs are available through the Tutoring Center. The center offers tutoring for specific subjects, as well as general writing assistance, peer study sessions and more.
The Advising and Counseling office provides free counseling and mental health services. Get support for personal concerns in a confidential setting.
Information Technology Services helps with computers and printers around campus, as well as StarID, eServices, student email and other online systems.
The Library provides a wide range of information resources, various rental technology options and quality professional services to students. The services help students in their intellectual, professional and personal development.
TRIO/Student Support Services is a federally funded program designed to motivate and support students to stay in college, transfer and graduate.
Normandale honors our country's veterans and military service members. We provide support through the Veterans Resource Center.
Trained personnel, many of whom are veterans, help service members and their families with financial aid, VA benefits, housing assistance and more.
