The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 requires institutions participating in federally funded financial aid programs to make information about the institution available to the public. That includes current and prospective students and student loan borrowers, as well as current employees.

Voter Registration

Minnesota is state that does not have a voter registration requirement and allows voters to register at the time of voting. Because of this, Normandale is not required to disclose Voter Registration information.

Licensure/Certification

Effective July 1, 2020 the U.S. Department of Education implemented regulation 34 CFR 668.43 (a) (5) (v)). This regulation requires institutions to make public whether a program will fulfill educational requirements for professional licensure or certification required for employment in an occupation in other states. This applies to programs that are-

• Designed to meet educational requirements for a specific professional license or certification that is required for employment in an occupation, OR

• Advertised as meeting such requirements.

The programs identified below are designed to fulfill the academic requirements for professional licensure or certification in Minnesota:

A.S. in Dental Hygiene
A.S. in Nursing
