Communication is the foundation for so much of what we do every day. Excellent communication skills are essential in every industry.
When you pursue communication studies, you will explore how messages are sent and received in various contexts, cultures and relationships. You’ll grow as a writer, as a speaker, and as a listener; and you’ll hone communication skills that will enhance your professional and personal relationships.
In two years, you’ll be ready to transfer to a four-year Minnesota State university to pursue your bachelor’s degree in communication or similar field.
With a communication studies degree, you’ll have a lot of options for your career path. You’ll use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to help organizations effectively communicate in various contexts.
