Workforce Grants

Normandale is well connected to workforce development grant funding that provides resources to expand job training and workforce initiatives.  We work with entities throughout the state to utilize grant funding to solve incumbent worker needs, as well as help organizations attract, train, and retain diverse workers. Access to funding from state, federal or private foundations enables us to provide training solutions that tackle the most challenging workforce obstacles.
